
Nikita Haikin, the Russian goalkeeper for the Norwegian club Bodø/Glimt, was unable to continue the match against Bayern Munich in the opening round of the Champions League league phase due to an injury.
The 31-year-old started the match at the Munich Arena and delivered a solid performance in the first half, making five saves. However, due to injury, he was substituted at halftime and did not return for the second half.
In the previous season of the prestigious European competition, Haikin made 12 appearances, keeping one clean sheet. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027, and his market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €3 million.
