According to preliminary information, two men got into an argument over a parking spot and began shooting at each other. A child and a woman were caught in the crossfire. A youth American football game was taking place in the park at the time of the incident. The girl and the injured woman were taken to the hospital, where the child was pronounced dead.
Two additional people later sought medical attention for injuries sustained in the same incident, bringing the total number of victims to four, including the deceased. Police are searching for the men who started the shootout. The circumstances surrounding the conflict are being investigated.
