The calculated acquisition enables Pearson to offer real-time workforce capability tracing, steering away from traditional course completion models toward live, scenario-based skill verification. Workera’s existing customer base, which includes high-profile clients like Accenture, ServiceNow, and the United States Space Force, will be absorbed directly into Pearson’s enterprise learning ecosystem.
