A major international study involving thousands of participants has found that healthy eating may help slow biological aging. Researchers examined ten different dietary patterns, including the Mediterranean diet, Nordic diet, DASH diet, and plant-based eating plans. Surprisingly, scientists found that multiple healthy approaches produced positive results rather than a single “perfect” diet. The findings suggest that people can choose a nutrition strategy that matches their lifestyle while still supporting long-term health, reducing the risk of age-related diseases, and promoting healthier aging.
