The substance S1PC, which materializes in garlic following an extended maturation period, was the focus of the experts’ investigation. Experiments revealed that this specific constituent boosts cellular metabolic activity and triggers the production of a particular enzyme, eNAMPT, within adipose tissues.
This enzyme subsequently transmits a signal via the bloodstream to the hypothalamus—the brain region responsible for regulating metabolism and muscle condition. Tests conducted on senior rodents consistently administered S1PC demonstrated muscle strengthening, the disappearance of physical fragility markers, and stabilization of core body temperature.
A comparable outcome was observed in human subjects: following the ingestion of this compound, eNAMPT levels in the blood increased, with the most significant rise noted among participants maintaining a normal amount of body fat.
