Industry giants Microsoft and Nvidia have formed an alliance with Anthropic, investing a total of up to $15 billion in the artificial intelligence developer. In September, the startup had already managed to secure $13 billion from institutional investors for its further growth. 3DNews Anthropic was founded in 2021 by former OpenAI employees. Their departure was prompted by disagreements with OpenAI’s leadership regarding ethical principles and safety measures in AI development. Just last week, it became known that Anthropic finalized a deal with Fluidstack to construct a data center in the United States, valued at $50 billion.
