Russian mixed martial arts fighter Arman Tsarukyan of Armenian descent defeated his New Zealand opponent Dan Hooker in the main event of the UFC tournament held in Doha. The lightweight bout ended prematurely in the second round: at the four-minute mark, Tsarukyan applied a chokehold, forcing Hooker to submit.
