Lionel Messi, the former striker for “Barcelona” now playing with “Inter Miami,” addressed a query about which young footballer reminds him most of his younger self.
“Regarding the new crop of players, I genuinely believe Lamine Yamal is the one who most closely mirrors how I was when I was starting out. For me, there’s no doubt; Lamine stands out as the best among this new generation… based both on what he’s already accomplished and the potential future that lies ahead of him,” Messi stated in an interview given to journalist Pollo Álvarez.
