
Canadian police have confirmed the discovery and identification of actor Stuart McLean’s remains in the Lions Bay area of British Columbia. McLean had been missing for several days. This news was reported by CBC.
The 45-year-old McLean was last seen at his residence in Lions Bay on May 15th, with his disappearance being reported on May 18th. According to Corporal Esther Tupper, authorities are currently investigating all potential causes of his death, and foul play has not been ruled out. On May 22nd, officers, accompanied by K9 units, conducted a search of the Brunswick Beach area, situated close to the actor’s home.
“We were privileged to represent Stu for over a decade. He was a well-regarded and cherished figure within Vancouver’s film and television community. His kindness and sense of humor will always be remembered,” stated the actor’s agent, Jodi Kaplan.
Stuart (Stu) McLean, a Canadian actor, had roles in the seventh season of Netflix’s “Virgin River,” the second season of the crime drama “Murder in a Small Town,” and the Paramount+ series “Happy Face,” among others. His acting credits encompass more than 35 projects in total.
