During regular time, Alexis Mac Allister scored for Argentina, while Dan Ndoye found the net for Switzerland. The winning goal came in extra time at the 112th minute, scored by Julián Álvarez. In the closing moments of the match, Lautaro Martínez added another goal against the Swiss side.
At the 72nd minute, Switzerland’s Breel Embolo received a second yellow card for simulation and was sent off.
