
Former bodyguard of Kim Kardashian, Mason Haynes, lost his life in a traffic accident in Hampshire, England. The collision happened on July 4, but details have only come to light now.
According to the Daily Mail, the crash involved two Harley-Davidson motorcycles, a BMW X3, and an LDV Maxus motorhome. Haynes died at the scene. One other person sustained serious injuries.
Following the accident, police detained the BMW driver on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs. The driver of the motorhome was also taken into custody on suspicion of dangerous driving resulting in a fatality and serious bodily harm.
Mason Haynes is survived by his wife Fay, his 18-year-old daughter Brooke, and a 25-year-old son from a previous relationship. He passed away just two days before his 53rd birthday.
Haynes spent over two decades working in personal security. Throughout his career, he protected Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner at various times. According to the publication, he had recently been part of the security team for Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, who has been rumored to be in a relationship with Kim Kardashian.
Mason Haynes was also with Kardashian in 2016 when armed assailants attacked her during Paris Fashion Week. At that time, criminals disguised as police officers broke into her apartment, tied her up, and stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry.
