American businessman Elon Musk labeled the British administration as fascist due to the high number of arrests over online comments.
A user on the social network X posted statistics indicating that over 12.2 thousand individuals in Great Britain were supposedly detained because of social media remarks.
The post, however, does not specify the data source or the time frame for the collection.
“Why is the government of Britain so fascist?” Musk reacted to this.
Previously, the publication The Daily Telegraph reported that the UK government is considering severe penalties against the X social network, up to blocking it in the nation. The pretext was the activity of the Grok artificial intelligence, which generates images of nude women and children upon requests.
US Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna stated that she will introduce a bill to impose sanctions against British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the country as a whole, should London decide to ban the X social network.
