Telegram founder Pavel Durow announced the launch of the Gram cryptocurrency wallet, which will be integrated into the app. He shared this in a post on his personal Telegram channel.
“This summer, the largest non-custodial crypto wallet launch in human history will take place,” Durow stated.
According to Durow, over one billion Telegram users will be able to perform instant transactions with zero fees. The crypto wallet will be embedded directly into the messenger application. However, the launch timeline for the new feature and the list of cryptocurrencies supported by Gram have not yet been disclosed.
