Mexican authorities have unearthed a massive tunnel that leads into the United States, as reported by the New York Post.
This subterranean passage was discovered during a coordinated operation by federal law enforcement agencies in the Nueva Tijuana area, situated in the northwestern part of the country. The tunnel, which runs at a depth of over six meters, measures approximately 265 meters in length. Its purpose is to facilitate illicit entry into the United States.
During the search, police officers seized ammunition, mobile phones, bank cards, a digital video recorder, and numerous doses of methamphetamine.
